# Mike Zielinskie

> Learning experience designer and developer. I build eLearning that behaves like software, using applied AI and custom production tooling to turn scripts into brand-compliant, review-ready courses.

I design and build learning experiences end to end: instructional strategy, interaction design, and the production system underneath. My work centers on a custom eLearning authoring framework I built in Cursor. It takes a script and outputs accessible, on-brand, review-ready courses using custom interaction primitives, machine-readable brand specs, a brand-voice pre-check, and WCAG AA and security defaults. The framework requires a skilled designer to drive it; the AI has no taste on its own.
